Update: I’ve been using this oven for a couple months now for roasting, baking, broiling, air frying, and reheating. It is an outstanding oven that performs flawlessly every time. The oven heats evenly, so baked goods cook uniformly. Over the holidays I baked cookies, and since then enchiladas, cornbread, casseroles, sheet pan meals, hot wings, salmon, quesadillas, broiled sandwiches, etc. I love the amount of cooking space available and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. This is the best toaster oven I’ve owned. Absolutely love it!

We purchased this oven to replace our Ninja Foodie flip-up air fryer/toaster oven which we’ve had for just over a year. We are full-time RVers and seldom bother to light and use the gas oven in our RV, so it’s very important to me that I have a good countertop oven. With limited space, I love that it doubles as an air fryer, too. We have a separate toaster because I’ve never been satisfied with the way a toaster oven toasts (sounds silly, but give me a pop-up toaster any day).

I never liked our old oven because it’s not tall enough inside to cook in anything but a tray. It was also not heating properly and I was very disappointed with the results. It don’t heat properly and was too small to bake a cake or roast a whole chicken.

I spent a lot of time researching other combination air fryer/ovens until I came upon this oven. I will update later, but I was very impressed with the cooking performance of my first meal – a sheet pan meal with Parmesan-crusted chicken breasts and broccoli. I baked it for 14 minutes at 425°, turning the broccoli half way through. The chicken was perfectly cooked – juicy inside with a golden brown, crusty topping. The broccoli had the right amount of char without being over or undercooked. I was amazed how much better it roasted than the old oven and I like the way the baking tray just slips into the slots on the side. This meal wasn’t very messy, so there wasn’t much splatter and there were no drips to clean.

Today I’m baking cookies and tomorrow I’m air frying wings, so I will update after I’ve used it a few more times. We buy meal kits from Green Chef, and many of the recipes require baking. Since there are just two of us, this will definitely do the trick.

This is a very preliminary review, but the positives include: roomy interior cooking space, easy to bake with a 9” square pan, pie pan, or 12” cookie sheet. Evenly heats and the temperature was consistent with a thermometer. It didn’t overheat the room and we keep a 4-6” space from walls. The interior light is bright. I like the double doors, but be sure there is enough space to fully open them so they don’t close on your hand – especially if it’s hot! There are many simple settings and it’s easy to adjust the temperature and time. I’m looking forward to experimenting more! The only negative so far is that it can’t accommodate the 12” pizza pan that worked with the old oven. This isn’t a problem because I’ve found frozen pizza is best when cooked on the wire rack instead of in a pan. We use our outdoor pizza oven for homemade pizza anyway.

We will definitely stay on top of cleaning it after each use, wiping off splatters & drips that can smoke up the kitchen. It’s not likely we will use the rotisserie because I’m sure it would be very messy, but it’s going to be great for baking, roasting & air frying.

More later after I’ve used this for a few months, but if you’ve been considering getting this while it’s on sale – go for it!

This product is worth every penny especially if you love cooking everything from crispy fries to gourmet pastries, the Emeril Lagasse 26 QT Air Fryer & Convection Toaster Oven is a game-changer! Its massive for cooking family-size meals, air frying, and baking. Its stainless steel design is an additional factor too because it makes it easier to clean!

I had a slightly smaller model of a different brand that had a plastic outside case and door and it broke into pieces and the door feel off from poor quality plastic.
This is all metal and glass except for small non structural pieces on the handle.
The only downside is the door can get a bit hot from being made of metal. Be careful not to burn yourself. I think it will last longer as a result though. And it works great.
My model came with the grilling plate and I love it.
The drip tray is removable and catches crumbs well, but to help keep the inside clean for many types of cooking, I also recommend getting third party stainless steel 12.5×9.5 inch baking pans that come with raised baking grills. It will let the air fryer circulate while catching more significant amounts of sauce and greasy drips.

This 26 Qt. Multipurpose air fryer toaster oven is just the best kitchen appliance. UI purchased this about 4 months ago, and it does everything. I really like the air fryer setting because there is so much room in this appliance. I used the air fryer setting to cook our Easter rack of lamb, and it turned out tasty and tender with a tasty outer coating. It also makes the best Buffalo dummies I have ever eaten. I use every setting, and it performs well every time. It is fairly easy to clean, and it looks great on my kitchen counter. I really like the keep warm setting. The broiler is great, too. This is the second large air fryer toaster oven I have owned, and it beats the previous brand hands down. The settings all work well. The one major improvement I would like to see ( and it’s why I didn’t rate it a 5) is that the buttons on the control panel need to be backlit. I need to turn on my bright kitchen lights to see the control panel, and I really would prefer to not have to do that when I just need to make a small adjustment to the time or temperature. I placed the cooker under my upper cabinets on my Kitchen counter. There isn’t as much clearance as recommended, so I got a pair of insulated counter protectors and put one under it and mounted the other on the bottom of the upper cabinet above it. No issues so far. Just a really great appliance.

It’s large enough that I’m able to cook a whole meal at one time. The pre-sets are very helpful and easy to override. The double doors make it easy to insert and remove food trays and basket and the grill is a awesome added feature. The only negative thing is the short power cord. I use it on a kitchen island and it’s barely long enough to reach the outlet.

When unpacking this oven we found the door on the right hand side does not meet up with the door on the left we were told to send it back we were sent a return postage sticker. This is a heavy item it was deiivered by truck how do we get it picked up??? We are so disappointed. All we wanted was a stove we purchased it in good faith we repurchased this oven and are glad we did. We love it we now see that there is a double size. Two sided I wish we had waited. It looks great.
    Thank you

This does a very good job at air frying, dehydrating, baking and heating. Grilling and such I’ve yet to test. My only complaint so far is toaster function. It toasts well enough, but it is very slow. The only saving grace about the speed is you can put 6 bread pieces at once. All in all, I’m very happy with it. For the price, you can’t beat it. Ever since I’ve bought this one I did not use the big oven at all.

No toaster oven is easy to clean, if you consider the roof and back of the unit. This has good temperature control, adjustable fan speed, and an actual working rotisserie. (I bough ta whole chicken, trussed it, and watched with anxiety as the legs and rump flailed around as it rotated. It worked out.) As for toast, it makes great toast but it isn’t as fast as a dedicated toaster. Makes nice, brown toast. Great for pizza. My spouse viewed the unit with suspicion, but quickly mastered it.

I had a previous version of the xl air fryer and loved it. This model is even better. It works great. I love the number of options for cooking. The French doors are nice, but do take some getting used to – they lock open but are spring loaded and will slam if you let them slip while closing. Easy to clean, easy to use, and spacious!

    Overall would recommend.
