Awsome product. Only problem was a overload signal. Quick and easy fix. Need to remove Gray plastic needle holder in lid of single brew and clean the holes in the needle with a paper clip of coffee grains.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased the Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker, and it has quickly become an indispensable part of my morning routine. Here’s why I’m giving this versatile coffee machine a glowing five-star review:

**Versatility and Convenience:** The Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker lives up to its name by offering an incredible level of versatility. Whether I’m in the mood for a single cup or need a full carafe for the morning rush, this machine has me covered. The ability to switch between brewing methods with ease is a game-changer for a household with diverse coffee preferences.

**Quality of Coffee:** One of my initial concerns was whether the convenience of a 2-way brew system would compromise the quality of the coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. Both the single-serve and carafe options produce rich, flavorful coffee that satisfies my coffee shop-quality expectations.

**Ease of Use:** The Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker is remarkably user-friendly. The intuitive interface allows me to select my brewing preference without fuss, and the clear markings for water levels eliminate any guesswork. The simplicity of switching between brewing modes means I can enjoy my preferred coffee style with minimal effort.

**Sleek Design:** Not only is this coffee maker highly functional, but it also boasts a sleek and modern design that looks great on my countertop. The compact footprint is a significant plus, considering its dual functionality. It’s a stylish addition to my kitchen without taking up unnecessary space.

**Durability and Cleaning:** After several weeks of use, the Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker has proven to be durable and easy to maintain. The components are sturdy and well-made. Cleaning is a breeze, especially with the removable parts being dishwasher safe. This ease of maintenance ensures that the machine continues to perform at its best.

**Eco-Friendly Options:** I appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of being able to use a reusable filter for the single-serve option. It’s a great way to reduce waste and save money on disposable pods. The inclusion of this feature reflects a thoughtful consideration for both the user and the environment.

**Value for Money:** Given its dual functionality, ease of use, and the quality of coffee it produces, the Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker offers excellent value for money. It’s a versatile appliance that caters to all my coffee needs without requiring multiple devices.

In conclusion, the Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker has exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines versatility, convenience, and quality into one sleek machine. For anyone looking to upgrade their coffee experience with a device that can handle the demands of both single-serve and carafe brewing, I cannot recommend this coffee maker highly enough. It’s a stellar addition to any coffee lover’s kitchen arsenal.

This is one of the best machines I have ever owned. The temperature is just right, it is fast, it has a strength control, multiple size control and can accommodate any cup size. It can use pods, refill cups and has a quick easy to remove assembly to change from pod to filter basket in a flash. I have K-cup reuse pods that fit it perfectly so can continue using those too. All the parts disassemble easy to clean out the piercing needles and baskets with ease. The water chamber on single serve holds over a litre of water and is easy clean and fill. The other side can brew up to 12 cups if in need of a lot of coffee at one time. Pot side has a timer to set if you want it to brew and be ready for you n the morning. Only thing I wish they had added, was a reuse filter basket for the pot side, I would pay that extra, but they are easy to find to buy. This is a well thought out brew station, it comes with easy to understand instructions and took just minutes to. Set up. I have used tea, coffee grounds, pods, and every size cup to test it, each fills perfectly to size you set on single serve, even my tall travel mug fits. I simply love this machine, amazing options for the price. I think anyone that tries it will love it too.

This replaced a Keurig Duo which died after 3 years. For one third the cost, I’ll go with a bulkier machine that appears to be far more reliable. So far it is working well.
    Cons/gripes:
-The buttons are not as easy to understand at first, but you get a hang of it – it is just weird button placement.
-There is no way to turn the machine off (instructions say to unplug it), only the hotplate can actually be manually turned off.
-The water tanks in the back make it impossible to see how much water is in the Single-serve side. The small tank holds maybe 4 coffee cups worth.
-The carafe tank has a bizarre overflow hole that just dumps water all over your counter if you’re not paying attention – and it’s perfectly placed to get hit when pouring normally.
-The little stand for your coffee cup on the single serve side isn’t deep enough to function as a drip tray. It holds maybe two drips then splashes. It’s nice that it is easily removable (it isn’t attached to anything) so you can use your tall coffee mug or travel bottle easily.
    -The machine is bulky
-And worst of all, the power cord is ridiculously too short. I don’t know why they even bother adding a little cord storage compartment in the back.

Love this dual coffee maker. Works great. Fast. Had to purchase a reusable filter for the coffee pot but other than that, works great. And super easy to use. Loved it so much, that we got another one for the cottage.

This is my second one. We broke the pot on the old one and decided to get a new brewer because of the age of the other one.
They’re great machines and we like the option of brewing a single cup when the craving hits.
    I highly recommend it.

Originally we bought the metal carafe but the keurig side broke and started pooling water under the machine and out the cord port. This is really the same machine. Below is my review for the other machine. All in all its the same except for the glass carafe and the heating element. I am enjoying those two things more. I like the glass carafe because it doesn’t pour coffee all over the counter like the metal one does. I didn’t want the heating element in the first place but I do like having the same hot coffee an hour later and it does turn itself off after I think 2 hours, I have not timed it. Otherwise the same gripes I have with the other one still stand and are below.

I bought this because our costco keurig special finally died. I wanted a pot of coffee option and the keurig option and this does it. The best thing about this is the option to fill the included reusable keurig pod and the k-cup adapter. The k-cup adapter also holds a reusable k-cup which we find easier to use cause we have filters for it. The problem I have found with the included reusable keurig filter is that it overloads too easy and scrolls a large message across the screen, which is ridiculous it could be easier to read. The coffee pot and keurig side work great otherwise. The only other problem we have had is the clock and brew timer are ridiculously unlike any other clock and time you have ever set. It’s not intuitive. It is also ridiculous that you can’t program the keurig side to auto brew, should be exactly the same as the pot side. This should be an easy thing for the money spent on this. And remember if you do set auto brew for the pot side and then later go and change it to the keurig side then you need to make sure to take the step to restart the auto brew and flip it back to the pot side, not a big deal but still stupid. If both sides were programmable one at a time then sure I get why I would have to make sure to switch it back, it should reset itself if it was already on. Why not one reservoir and choose how much coffee the pot makes? The reservoir for the keurig is easy to fill but the lid falls off easy. The coffee pot side reservoir is hard to fill like every other coffee maker in existence and the water levels are impossible to see without good light and being able to see over the top of the coffee maker. I’m six foot and still cant quit make out all the steps. We have the metal coffee pot, its nice, it does hold the heat, I don’t have to worry about a pot of coffee sitting on a hot plate. The coffee pot is a pain to pour the last bits out of. There should not be a lip where there is a lip the design could be better. The coffee pot side holds the steam in pretty good but the keurig side is a steam engine. We just put out the whole thing from under the cabinets regardless, no one needs mold. Overall its a good machine so far and it better last 10 years. Buy a used/refurbished if you can save some money unless you want the extended warranty that was not offered when we tried to purchase the used one. This is why we went with the new one, otherwise I would not have minded a returned item in good condition.

I liked that you can name a cup or a pot.
I don’t like that once a weèk you need to make the coffee grinds don’t plug up your machine 😒

Makes a perfect single cup of coffee, or a pot if needed. Water gets very hot providing for great taste, the unit is easy to clean, can be programmed to start brewing automatically, and has a BOLD setting. Uses ground coffee, packs, and pods.
