Got this to replace the plastic mount that came with XNT 9 HW T. This metal transducer mount is rock solid compared to the original plastic mount that would flex and vibrate.
8/14/23 update
I have found one downside to this metal mount. There is space between the water shield and the high speed transducer that ājetsā water up onto the outboard and into the boat. The original plastic mount had a rubber filler to prevent that. I used a piece of rubber fuel hose to fill the gap and stop the spray.

Good metal bracket, replaced the POS plastic one that came with the Helix and broke the first time out.

Way better than the factory plastic crap

metal is almost always better than plastic

Good upgrade to the plastic transducer mounts. Very solid and easy to install.

The plastic transponder bracket that came with the GPS/ fish finder broke after 3 years. Also my depth readings were sketchy when going over 15mph because it would change the angle, making a need to constantly readjust. Since installing this bracket, I’m getting accurate readings up to 40 mph, top speed. And being stainless steel, it will probably not break.

Good sturdy mount. No need to worry about your transducer with this thing holding it.
