For thr most part the computer functioned as expected. However, every 2-3 months (and/or the computer updates) the wifi disconnects and the driver stops functioning (error code 10). I’ve tried uninstalling/disabeling and the re-installing. But the only thing that consistently works is completely factory reset of the whole computer. So while the computer mostly functioned, the wifi issues made this computer one I’ve decided to replace because it is not worth the stress and hassle.

I liked the design and hardware included, however, had to reset it already due to an unknown problem with Windows that would not let me get out of S mode one I had already changed it to Windows 10 Home. This happened after a Windows bios update. Not a good experience with a new laptop.

Received my laptop today, it was packed very good and secure. I was so excited to get it up. Start up time was a bit lengthy but once set up was completed, everything is moving swiftly. Love the look/design. It is slim with a professional design. Love the touch screen feature! I haven’t gotten to assess the battery life properly as i just got it but so far so good.

The media could not be loaded.
The battery life, the option to disable the touch pad with the mouse attached, the cam cover & internet speed and connectivity are great – especially for the price!
