Great Laptop
Replaced my old Asus ancient pc of junk. Used to take my old Asus about 10 mins to boot up to where I could even use it. This one’s ready in about 8-12 seconds.

I was afraid of ordering a refurbished item at first but I got to say I was not disappointed. It worked perfectly as soon as I turned it on. I later logged in on my Microsoft account and could restore everything from my old thinkpad.
I love that is very light and comfortable to carry around.

I love this computer. It had me rate on the touchscreen however it doesn’t have one. It would have been awesome if it did. I have no complaints.

I do not like the keyboard! the shift key on the wright side is too long and the shift key on the left is too short. When ever I am trying to type an upper case letter with my left hand I end up missing the Shift key..
Battery is great, no issues there, microphone quality if poor.
Other than that I think this is a great laptop, good size, good qulity and a good price if you buy it refurbed.
I did end up taking out the Windows OS that came with it and installed Pure OS. Love it sofar no complaints.

+ Light, slim, easy to carry, powerful, fast, excellent performance.
– Unfortunately battery life is too short. 9 hours battery life is only a myth. With approximately 40% of screen brightness and 1-2 apps running it can go up to 2 hours.
– Touchpad sensitivity is also not satisfactory. But you can handle it.
In overall I liked it. Do not see any serious issue which could stop you from buying this product.

Refurbished with a Major issue on lid Open / Close sensor, I have to use it with an external monitor.
