Item was in original packaging and safely wrapped but once I turned it on it was working for a few moments and then it starting freezing and then the screen blacked out and wouldn’t turn on.

Al principio todo fue bien, funciona bien, pero cuando lo actualize se quedó varias horas en la pantalla de actualización, tuve que apagarla y volver a instalar las actualizaciones, aún es muy pronto para saber realmente la calidad verdadera pero, por lo general, muy buena compra

La laptop se calienta mucho, el sonido del ventilador es muy fuerte, al inicio enciende y despues se apaga. TOTALMENTE UN FRAUDE NO LA COMPREN!!!
