Do you have a higher voltage battery? Do you have devices that need 12v? Then this’ll be perfect for you. Seems to work just fine.

Got this wired up to my golf cart and it works great. Does not get very hot, pulls very little current at rest, and is hermetically sealed to protect it from water. Put out a smooth 12 volts for my LED headlights and USB charger. Price point is right inline with everyone else.
