It is used on my desktop taking the place of using my shipping label machine. I used to create a sheet of labels and then cut them to size, now I can print one at a time as needed. This tiny thing is saving me time and money. The battery life is long too, haven’t “timed” it but I can leave it on most of the day and use it as needed and the battery seems to last a few days. Once I figured out the orientation of the label to text and the label sizes, I was able to create a bunch of labels in the app. Now I just open the app pick the template and print, it takes seconds to do. Very happy with this purchase for sure!

Realmente estaba emocionada por probar esta mini impresora a pesar que los reemplazos de etiquetas son caros. El proceso es sencillo, el bluetooth se conecta facilmente y la aplicasion para editar tu etiqueta es sencilla pero la impresion no sale completa, algunas veces partes son mas claras o borrosas y el tono es mas bien gris como cuando se esta acabando la tinta de las impresoras comunes. La letra no tiene la opcion para engrosarla y por ello es mas dificil apreciar lo que imprimes. Lo mismo si es un archivo o descarga, la calidad de impresion no es muy buena ni detallada. Creo que es mejor invertir otro poco de dinero por una de mayor tamaño y calidad porque son mas baratos los reemplazos del sticker. Este modelo sale caro y mal. No lo recomiendo para nada.

This little thermal printer works extremely well. I use it to print 2D barcodes for incoming inventory, and to record the shelf I put each package on. It takes about 3 seconds to print a small 2D barcode, most of which is spent rolling the paper through.

After 3 months of use, I THOUGHT it was defective as I could no longer get my Windows laptop to recognize it – rebooted the laptop, changed the USB cable, uninstalled/installed the drivers, but nothing worked. So I emailed customer support and within a few hours they responded asking me to check for the little USB icon on the display. It was missing, and then I realized that the power had gone off and the printer was not turned on. Embarrassing – especially since I am an IT guy, but thier customer support was the best!

As long as you have cellphone service and the app then u are good to go. Light , portable, easy to use. Price is reasonable. Prints clear. Easy to carry around and very small.
