Unfortunately I got a defective cable, one side of the cable didn’t even fit properly in the port of my Rode receiver. Rode customer service established that the cable must be defective.

It works flawlessly, but it’s pretty expensive for basically an adapter

Having said this, the cable works for what it was made. Wish I hadn’t had to make this purchase for this price when there are other cables that are basically the same, but Rode won’t let them work with the Wireless Go II system.

I purchased this to connect my iPhone 13 to Rode VideoMic Go II but the connection is very loose and the light on mic goes on and off very frequently. The RodeReporter app is not detecting the external mic and always shows internal microphone.
The wire is also too think, looks cheap quality. For this price it’s a waste.
