This is a perfectly adequate monitor that performs as advertised. It is not comparable to monitors that cost more than twice as much. It does have issues with contrast if attempting to view from angles other than sitting directly in front of it. The speakers have no bass, but are probably better than not having any speakers at all. It is still however extremely OK – and the 10 year old I bought it for has no complaints.
If you’re attempting to build a PC for as little money as possible, this is a decent choice.
If you’re wanting the same quality from this as anything modern that costs at least twice as much from LG, Samsung, MSI, etc.. you might have to adjust your expectations for something that costs less than $100.

I just bought this product, and tested the monitor for a few minutes. Then all of a sudden while I was looking at the monitor a dotted red and green line appearing vertically along the screen although i only had just unboxed it. I tested the cables and old monitor which all worked so I suspect its a hardware issue with the monitor as I received it. The design and looks are great other than this minor issue. After some tapping and trying to figure out the issue, the line disappeared as sudden as it had appeared. Im not sure if this will be an issue in the future because currently the dotted line is temporarily gone, but I will update as soon as I test the monitor more in hopes that it was not a waste
Update: The monitor’s lines still have not appeared back and the monitor is working in good condition. At first this monitor took some time for me to adapt. I had always used a flat monitor, but once I adapted, I found the curvature of this monitor relaxing on the eyes. One thing that does bother me is sometime videos are now pixelated at higher resolutions requiring me to edit the resolution. And sometimes at the higher 1040 resolution, this monitor can be pixelated with videos.

I like the sharpness and clarity of this monitor. I can see all my games and movies like my Philips 4K tv. I also like that it has speakers built in and by Kate night I don’t have to turn on my computer 7.2 speakers system. Super great for the value that no other brand can beat. Will recommend to anybody that wants great monitors for a very low price.

Honestly love this monitor. I’m in college and I don’t have a lot of money, but this monitor did more than enough for its price. It looks great, sounds great, smells great, talks great, makes me feel good. I just love this monitor. I saw another one that was apparently better than this one for the same price so I got it but it disappointed more than I thought possible. I had to return it and order a second one of these because you just can’t beat it when it comes to bang for your buck.

I got this for my son’s room. He really wanted a “gaming set” and this monitor seemed perfect for it because it’s curved, the screen is a good size, it swivels in both directions and it’s a really good price!! The picture is really clear and works great for his video games. Set up was easy also!
