Updated: I am very pleased with this vendor and the product that I received. At first, I ordered the BA II Plus refurbished. When I went to calc some TVM functions it would not work. I then emailed their customer service. They got back to me promptly and sent me a new calculator in the mail which I received quickly. They sent me a nice new calculator as well, much nicer than the one I originally bought. For that I am grateful and am pleased to give a 5-star review.

I bought this calculator to use for my financial analysis class, however it is not useful one bit. Some functions are not working and it’s so slow to use. Don’t buy it

Feels very light, which feels odd in my hand. Works great , comes with a small cheat sheet to learn the different button functions

For a “renewed” product the least the person reselling it could do would be to replace the battery. Nope. Not on this one. I only used it three times (very light use-less than 10 min each time) and it died on me.
Safe to say I have no plans on buying any “renewed” products from Amazon again.
