It was very refreshing to buy something that comes with everything you need and somethings you didn’t even know you did. This security light came extremely well packaged and had 3 different types of screws for your mogul to accommodate different sizes, it also came with a hook that you hang the light while you connect the wires while hanging on to a ladder. The unit looks well made and works perfect. Good job Wyze!

The floodlight works great. The light can be activated via the app. The major flaw is its not clear what additional camera is compatible with the floodlight. It does not say what additional cam can be added on the box or on yhe instructions. I bought the Wyze OG camera and had to return 2x once because I couldn’t activate it and then the second one wouldn’t connect with the floodlight. I contacted Wyze and noted where I read the OG cam was compatible with the floodlight on their forum and gave the date I saw the post of Jan 2023 and they went in and removed the post. After telling me only the V3 works as the additional add on cam. So i had to have it removed again from the house. I went back to the store to return the OG for 3rd time and swapped it out for the V3 and of course it was challenging to activate this series as well. It needs to connect using a QR code that will decide if it wants to work or not. I hope to come back and say that it has connected to the floodlight with no issue. I also got feedback for Wyze customer service that the OG draws more power than the V3 and the floodlight’s usb port does not draw enough power to properly power the OG camera.
Wyze, you should indicate compatible products on the packaging, your website and as well in the instructions.

Installation was a breeze. All the parts are clearly labeled, and the app provides step-by-step instructions with pictures and detailed explanations. It even includes a hook for hanging the light on the wall while you connect the wires. The light itself is very bright, and the motion detection works flawlessly. Video quality is crystal clear with very low latency. Overall, a very solid product.
