This product is terrible for use. Most of the time connection issues. Please do not waste your time and money.

This unit replaced a cordless scanner we had for 20 years. This one cost less and works like a charm. It’s plug and play. U just need to scan the codes that come with the unit.

I’ve bought several different Chinese cheap bracode scanners that claimed 2D scanning, but could never read the data matrix Dell uses in their service tag stickers. This one does and does it well. A worthwhile investment that is extremely customizable whether your using it for POS or inventory like me.
Ps – I bought mine from IT superstore and it was a proper non “china only” unit for the us/uk market.

Had to replace an old wired scanner. This was a seamless switch. The item works well and has a long battery life, i.e. it can work all day.

Très bon produit

Very strong and practical scanner. My only problem was that I had to call customer service at Zebra at first to do the programming for me. The software that is used to program the scanner is not very easy to work with.

I tried a cheaper competing product first, it claimed to scan 1D and 2D barcodes even if they were fuzzy or incomplete in some parts of it. That wasn’t the case, so I tried this as my next attempt.
This barcode scanner is as fast at recognizing codes and you’d expect, and the feature of not having to turn the scanner in any particular direction for it to read 1D codes is amazing! I will be using this in a retail store and warehouse for a full inventory count; so as a test I went after every item in my fridge and scanned as quick as I could. It kept up, unlike the competitor, and read every scan accurately.

This baby scans correctly and quickly. The cheap $39 scanner added numbers to our scans and it took awhile to track down the problem. We just replaced the problem with this new Zebra!!!
