- The ULTRAWF water filter is easy to install. Push to release the old filter. Push the new filter in until it clicks into place. Run water through the new filter for 3 minutes to prime it. Discard the water or use it to water plants.
- Your refrigerator’s reminder light does not turn off automatically. Most reminder lights are reset by pressing and holding the water filter button on the dispenser control for 3 seconds. When the display changes from red to green, the status has been reset

No one wants to change filters, but this product at least makes it simple. Remove it from the box, take off the protective plastic caps, and insert into the round cavity in the fridge. Push it in to lick it into place and you’re done. And your water tastes better within ten minutes. One nite – when you remove the old cartridge, hold it upright because it is usually full of water.

For years we went to big box store to buy these and spent a LOT of money. We go through the filters quickly as we drink lots of water and this brand is awesome, makes the water taste great and lasts pretty long. Highly recommend this product!

Our Frigidaire can use either this or the regular PureSource 3 model filter. This was only one or two dollars more than the PureSource 3 when I purchased it, and apparently filters out some extra stuff. Very easy to install – push in on the old one to eject it, remove the plastic caps on the new one, click it in, run some water for about 3 mins to prime it.
The water tastes great and is very clear. It also fixed our issue where the water was running very slow, making it much quicker and more convenient to grab a glass of water. My only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey, especially when you’re expected to swap these out every six months, but definitely cheaper than buying bottled water, and is probably better for you than unfiltered tap water.

Installation of this filter takes a bit of energy to properly twist it into place, but no tools are necessary. It removes unpleasant oder from our water, lasts for six months and has given us no trouble.
This is the third one I’ve bought.

This is so easy to install. The only thing that sucks is having to cycle the water out right after you change it. You have to make sure you cycle the water out and I always do a little extra after the suggested cycle amount. Other than that it works great.
