When I bought this it was replacing a smaller version with digital controls and was way bigger. I thought it would be “too big” and that the loss of the fancy dancy digital control would be a let down. Nope! Works great and is NOT “too big.”

This is the perfect size for my family of 8, easy to clean, love the lid lock and the size, would recommend this for a large family.

The product worked as advertised, and did a good job of cooking a side dish for a crowd at Thanksgiving. I do suspect that the Warm setting is higher than it should be. When I checked it at the expected completion time, the dish was exactly as I’d hoped, just very slightly undercooked. I turned the setting to Warm, snapped on the travel locks for the lid, and headed for the Thanksgiving gathering. Once there, I plugged in the cooker again (verifying that it was still on Warm). We ate about an hour later, but by then the dish was significantly overcooked (and mushy). I’d be reluctant to use the warm setting at all.
With that caveat, it’s otherwise a very basic and simple slow cooker with a large capacity that does its job well. The snap-on function to keep the lid in place is very convenient.

I love this crockpot! I’m so glad I got a bigger one that hold all the vegetables that I put in a roast. It has a locking lid that keeps all the heat inside. But beware, the outside casing gets very hot!

This is a huge crockpot! Will feed a crowd. I’ve made a 9 lb whole turkey breast with veggies without any size concerns. The lid locks in and really makes a tight seal.

I just used it for the first time after almost a week of having it, I was afraid it wouldn’t work but it did! The only two things that I have small issues with is that it doesn’t cook that great in the middle so keep that in mind, my pasta was not done in middle but was every where else, so I had to stir it to move the uncooked pasta in the middle to the outer side so it’ll cook. Either that or maybe if you cook it even longer the middle will eventually cook. The second issue I have a small problem with – that they should add a light that turns on when you turn the crockpot on so you’ll know it’s on. I had to wait for it to heat up to make sure it was on, the light would be nice. This baby is huge!!! I feed 2 boys that are over 6 foot and almost 300lbs plus myself and this baby made so much that we had left overs, my 8qt never could hold enough but this one held 2lbs of spaghetti plus the fixings and still had room. I love it!!! Also this thing is so huge that it was very bulky to wash and very heavy, so keep that in mind. The locking feature on it works great and seals it good. I absolutely love this crockpot!!!! I’m very happy with my purchase!!!
