Very difficult to use in the dark. The keyboard letters and numbers are hard to see in even a semi dark place. Unless you use a flashlight then you cannot use it at night or in a dark place. There is no back light or keyboard light and that makes it horrible to use in a dark area.

The advertised 1 year free of MS OFFICE didn’t come with the laptop, but once I talked with the seller they gave me a key to activate it and the problem was solved, the laptop is great!

I love everything about this laptop except there is no backlighting for the keyboard. Good thing I aced typing class. But I do need to use the flashlight on my phone to find some of the function buttons on the top if sitting in the dark with just the tv on. It is very light and easy to carry around and put in a travel bag. I have always had a 17 inch laptop for the number keypad to the right. Finally found this 15″ with the number keypad to the right.

I got this for my wife, she is very pleased with it. The touch screen was a must-have for her and she loves it. She is also please at the lightness of it. It is truly a comfortable “laptop”. With the 20 Gb of RAB and SSD drive the performance is very good. It is also good that it is up-to-date with Windows 11, USB Type C, and support for the latest Wi-Fi protocols.

I don’t think I have had any other brand than HP for printers or computers. There is a reason for that. They are great products. I had been without a computer for over a year and was just able to get a new laptop. I spent a day or so looking at what all was available for my price range. I saw this product and got it. It is light and easy to move and use. I am mostly using it for my genealogy work and it is doing great. Love it. Thank you so much HP.
