When I received the product, some of the descaling liquid leaked out, so I didnāt get to use it but i decided to keep it because I could still use the rinse pods and filters, was going to be too much hassle to return using my time and gas. The product itself in which I have used before is a good product to help keep your Keurig Machine clean, but now I have to buy more descaling liquidā¦unhappy about that. But since I bought the kit , Iāll use the water filter & the rinse pods thank goodness was on sale but I need descaling solution now !!

Good price for all you get. BUT! the directions on the inside of the label are not complete. Google, “How to turn of the descaling light.” before you start. I didn’t and could not get the light off. Ended up redoing the descaling process from the beginning (12 cups x 2 = 24 cups!) and it still would not go off. Suggestions were BEFORE you start to press (I think) the 10 & 12 oz. buttons at the same time and hold so many seconds. Of course, I did not “read” anything on Google first, so I don’t know if that would have helped getting the light off. Another suggestion was to unplug the Keurig and then plug in again. Another said to hold the 8 & 10 oz. buttons for the descale light to go off. The directions on the bottle said it would take about 45 minutes. Took me over two hours. š Suggest also having more than one cup to let the 12 oz. solution drain into. The cup gets REALLY HOT. Good Luck!
