We purchased this tv for the purpose of being in our daughter’s room. That being said, the channels/apps are being changed frequently. There is absolutely NO lag, buffering, or long loading times. And we don’t have the best internet or highest speed. With 3 smart TVs total, we are definitely purchasing another onn. brand smart tv for our son’s room.
We purchased the onn. brand tilting wall mount and it works wonderfully. Everything was super easy to set up.

Quick setup, I was concerned about connecting this to my Campus Network (Clemson), as the network requires each device to be added via MAC address before connecting. I was able to get the MAC address from settings and add it very easily.
The picture is good quality (720p) for the price, and the audio is loud. I have yet to turn it up past 25! The brightness and picture settings are easy to customize, and I really like how bright the backlight gets!
The Roku service included has free Live TV and I’m already enjoying it, with NFL Super Bowl flashbacks and Counting Cars playing often.
I was initially worried I wouldn’t be able to cast from my device to the TV but found it easy.
Highly recommend this to anyone who needs an affordable, well made and easy to use TV!

This television is fine. It works and has Roku. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi streaming (lagging, etc) and everything works as it should. It was cheap and replaced a comparable television that died. And my remote from my former dead Roku television works with this new one so that’s good.

Purchased this for our dining room. It is not too big. The picture quality is great, considering it is only 720p 32 inches. It’s definitely worth the money spent. Easy to set up Roku account and load the channels you want. I would recommend to anyone looking for a TV not too big with great picture quality and sound.

put the feet on put the batteries in the remote set the TV up plugged it in half circle lines and other lines going across to one side of it a different kind of lines all kinds of colors behind it barely see where it says operation or English on there and I still had the tape on the edge I hadn’t removed

We heavily depend on Roku, Netflix, Peacock, Disney and other streaming apps and the convenience of being able to carry everything over to a new tv by signing in to Roku really saves time. The TV is perfect for my 4yo bedroom and she has all her shows available anytime. Affordable and great picture/sound!

Tv arrived damaged, when I called customer service they advised me to take it to the nearest store for return/replacement. Went there and they said they couldn’t return it because the barcode on the tv didn’t match the barcode on the box and to reach out to customer support again. I did and they were supposed to ship me out a return label so that fedex could pick up true tv and return it but I have yet to receive the return label and it’s been 2 weeks. When I call customer support back they keep saying the same thing, “take it to the nearest store”! This has been the worst service ever and I’ve been a loyal member for over 5 years and have never had an issue like this!

I like that it’s good Quality picture shows good issue that I have is on some channels the volume is really low and you have to turn it up to very high volume to be able to hear it. But that’s about it I would definitely buy another one
